Mums & Bubs

Yes, you can have your babies here. Our region’s hospitals provide in-patient, day-patient and critical care services across a wide range of medical and surgical specialties including maternity, paediatric, emergency and intensive care, orthopaedic, obstetric, paediatric and neonatal care, oncology and renal care, emergency medicine and mental health.

Doctors & GPs

Toowoomba boasts medical training facilities, including the University of Queensland’s Rural Clinical School and Queensland Rural Medical Education.

Health Community

The hospitals together with Toowoomba Regional Council are driving the change to see our region get healthy with various programs including outdoor exercise and activities in parks.

Treatment

The biggest strength of our advanced health system is knowing you can be looked after right here, without having to go to Brisbane for treatment. Families can be assured that if illness does strike they can be by the side of their loved-one.
