The Met Hotel
Kosta and Jasmine Theodosis have rejuvenated the historic Metropole Hotel (Est 1864) and turned it into a live music hot spot and classic pub that has breathed new life into the northern end of the CBD.
“We pinpointed what we believed to be a large cultural hole
in the nightlife of Toowoomba which was for a more metropolitan
style bar/pub that we had experienced living in other cities
such as Los Angeles,” said Jasmine.
“We’ve created a classic pub feel, free of gambling, with a great selection of craft beers, food and cocktails at a reasonable price point, whilst providing the highest level of entertainment available anywhere in the region.”
